Job summary

Rixos Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Uniform and Laundry Room Supervisor with a Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality and 4–5 years of experience in a 4–5 star property. The role oversees laundry and uniform room standards, conducts shift handovers, and supports housekeeping operations to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities include linen and uniform inspections, inventory management, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the department.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 4–5 years experience in 4- to 5-star hotels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of Laundry/Uniform room standards and procedures.
• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls and resolve employee grievances.
• Perform Linen/Uniform inspections and maintain stock levels.
• Ensure consistent standards and proper distribution of all uniforms and linen.
• Assist laundry and housekeeping operations during peak hours.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑organized work areas and stores.
• Participate in monthly inventories and daily checklists.
