Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality; 4-5 years experience in 4-5 star hotel.
• Proven leadership and staff motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of Laundry/Uniform room standards and procedures.
• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls and resolve grievances.
• Perform Linen/Uniform inspections and ensure timely processing of all linen.
• Maintain stock levels and conduct monthly inventories.
• Conduct daily line-up briefings and share activity highlights with managers.
• Develop staff motivation and performance through action plans and training.
