• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Test foods to determine doneness and monitor quality during preparation.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure proper temperature of appliances and food and adhere to safety procedures.
