Job summary

Careers International is seeking a results-driven Project Sales professional with a focus on lighting in Dubai. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, build strong relationships with developers and end-users, and tailor lighting solutions to complex project requirements.

You will lead presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with key stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, analysing market trends, and reporting on sales activities to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in lighting.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of lighting products, technologies and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business opportunities in the lighting sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants and end-users.
• Promote and sell lighting solutions tailored to project requirements.
• Prepare and present product proposals to clients and negotiate contracts.
