Fasset is seeking an experienced CRM and lifecycle marketer to own lifecycle from start to finish, turning new signups into verified, funded and active users and driving retention across multiple channels.

You’ll set the lifecycle strategy, build journeys, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Legal and Compliance, Marketing and Support. This senior IC role requires hands-on platform experience and a proven impact through experiments.

Qualificações

• Experience owning CRM and lifecycle at a consumer fintech, crypto, payments or fast-growing consumer app.
• Hands-on experience with a customer engagement platform such as Braze, CleverTap, Iterable or MoEngage.
• Experience with a mobile measurement partner such as Adjust, AppsFlyer or Branch.
• Solid knowledge of event taxonomies and how product events become triggers, segments and goals.
• A strong experimentation track record with holdouts, A/B and multivariate tests.

Responsabilidades

• Own lifecycle across multiple channels (push, in-app, email, WhatsApp, SMS) from first app open to funded, active user.
• Build core journeys: onboarding, KYC, first deposit, card activation, first spend, investments, referrals, reactivation and winback.
• Create journeys per landing page and campaign; balance-based journeys and launches.
• Make experimentation default: holdouts, controls, test plans, readouts, and share results.
• Measure lift against holdouts; maintain test backlog and dashboards with Data.
• Own CRM data with Product and Engineering on event taxonomy and instrumentation; partner with Data on segments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Support; QA through launch.
• Ensure messaging complies with financial and crypto marketing rules across markets; follow platform policies.
• Leverage AI to draft, localize, QA and analyze; focus time on decisions that matter.
