Tamara, a Dubai-based fintech behind buy now, pay later, is hiring a CRM Specialist to own end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS. This full-time role sits in a fast-paced B2C environment where you will design multi-channel journeys and lead CRM initiatives.

You should bring 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience, preferably in fintech, and a track record with Braze, CleverTap, orIterable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CRM experience in fast-paced B2C environments.
• Fintech experience highly preferred.
• Proven track record building complex automated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-channel customer journeys (email, push, in-app, SMS).
• Configure and maintain advanced CRM logic using dynamic content.
• Own CRM strategy for lifecycle management and product adoption.
• Manage complex CRM workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to refine targeting.
• Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and marketing teams as CRM SME.
