Job summary

Smart Zone in Dubai is seeking a Client Experience Executive to manage end-to-end business setup processes, including license applications, company formations, and coordination with government authorities and free zones.

You will verify documents, track progress in CRM, and ensure accuracy while supporting backend operations and client requests with confidentiality and professionalism. Familiarity with DED, MOHRE and immigration systems is preferred to ensure timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in processing or documentation roles within the UAE business setup.
• Strong understanding of free zone and mainland setup processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with government portals (DED, Immigration, MOHRE) and application systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process trade license applications, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with government authorities for submissions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.
• Collect, verify, and maintain client documents for license processing.
• Track application progress and update CRM and internal systems.
• Handle notarization, translation, attestation, and legal documentation as required.
• Work with client service executives to fulfill requests on time.
• Liaise with PROs and government liaisons to track approvals.
• Provide timely updates on status of all client applications.
• Stay up to date with regulations across jurisdictions.
• Flag inconsistencies or risks in documents or processes.
• Support backend operations and confidentiality.
