Job summary

DP World is seeking a Free Zone Business Setup Sales Executive to support international investors in Dubai. This role involves advising clients on business setup processes and ensuring efficient company formation in the JAFZA free zone.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills and excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements, helping investors navigate through licensing and approvals effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, investor relations, or corporate sales within free zones or government services.
• Strong knowledge of company formation, licensing procedures, and regulatory requirements in free zones.
• Ability to build strong relationships with international investors and corporate clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client advisory and business acquisition.
• Strong coordination skills when working with internal departments and external authorities.
• Ability to manage multiple client applications and administrative processes efficiently.
• Analytical mindset for monitoring sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Customer focused approach with strong problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise potential investors on the complete business setup process.
• Act as the central consultancy contact for existing investors.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities for approvals.
• Process company setup applications and service requests efficiently.
• Communicate with investors regarding pending documents or approvals.
• Track client appointments, sales activity, and complaints.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports on sales and business development performance.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities and business meetings for new clients.
