Job summary

Marriott International in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Leisure Travel for The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort and Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa.

You will lead leisure/wholesale segment strategy, manage key accounts and drive partnerships across regional and international markets. The role requires 2+ years in a managerial leisure sales role within luxury hotels, a strong network in leisure/wholesale, fluent English and additional EU language skills, and

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with additional EU language skills preferred (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian).
• Experience in luxury hotel chains/5-star properties required.
• Substantial network in leisure/wholesale sales and proven proactive sales track.
• Minimum 2 years in a Sales Manager – Leisure Travel or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong prospecting and luxury business development abilities.
• Middle East/UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new leisure/wholesale customers.
• Develop and execute the leisure/wholesale segment strategy and action plans.
• Collaborate with Market Sales and Global Sales teams to align strategies.
• Manage day-to-day activities for defined leisure accounts and ensure service excellence.
