Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Sales Manager - Leisure (CIS Markets) to drive leisure revenue from CIS source markets. The role requires building strong relationships with tour operators, agencies, DMCs, wholesalers, and partners while managing a portfolio of accounts and pursuing new opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of proactive hotel sales experience, solid knowledge of CIS segments, and UAE hotel sales exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of proactive sales experience within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of CIS travel segments, tour operators, travel agencies, and distribution partners.
• UAE hotel sales experience is essential.
• Excellent English and Russian languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage leisure business from CIS source markets, with focus on room revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, wholesalers, and leisure partners.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and familiarisation trips.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales to implement leisure sales strategies.
