Job summary

Atlantis Dubai, part of Kerzner International, is seeking a Manager of Sales in the Leisure Sales Division to drive growth across MENA markets for Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal. You will manage key accounts, forge new business, and collaborate with DMCs, wholesalers, travel agencies, and retail partners.

The role requires at least 3 years in leisure sales, preferably in a luxury 5* property, with strong relationship skills, travel readiness, and a strategic, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in leisure sales, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Experience with luxury 5* properties is preferred.
• Strong client relationships and finalising high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute market initiatives such as roadshows, missions, elite events and trade shows.
• Represent Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal at international events.
• Conduct regular sales calls and maintain communication with key accounts and market partners.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to maximise revenue and occupancy.
• Develop strategies to generate business during low-demand periods and increase F&B revenue.
• Act as primary contact for assigned accounts and territories.
• Monitor market trends and feedback to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to maximise penetration and opportunities.
• Meet monthly and yearly KPIs and manage account performance.
• Travel to key MENA markets as required.
