Job summary

The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi and Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, Abu Dhabi seek a senior sales leade rto drive leisure/wholesale strategies across multi-property portfolios.

You will manage key accounts, plan national/international trips, and partner with Market Sales and Global Sales to maximize opportunities while upholding brand standards. Fluency in English is required, with additional EU language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required for effective communication with international guests and partners.
• Additional EU language skills (French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) are preferred to support diverse markets.
• Experience with luxury hotel chains/5-star properties is required to navigate brand standards and service levels.
• Strong network within leisure/wholesale sales is essential for portfolio growth and partnerships.
• Proven track record in proactive leisure/wholesale sales at a managerial level.
• Demonstrated prospecting and luxury business development abilities.
• Middle East/UAE experience is preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new leisure/wholesale customers to generate bookings and grow market share.
• Develops and executes leisure segment strategy aligned with hotels' sales and distribution plans.
• Coordinates with on-property teams and Market/Global Sales to ensure cohesive sales efforts.
• Manages day-to-day activities for the leisure segment and monitors performance against targets.
• Participates in international/tradeshows and site inspections to promote the properties and Marriott brands.
