We are currently hiring for a Personal Assistant to join DWF (Middle East) LLP, part of the DWF Group, and provide PA support across teams in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the proactive handling of cases as directed by the Partners and Team, including liaising with clients, sending invoices, chasing debt, drafting documents, and processing received documents.
- Create documents using our House Style Templates to generate correspondence for your Team.
- Format large documents into House style and assist in formatting and preparing presentations.
- Assist in providing client-related management information, including collation, administration, and reporting.
- Process correspondence and documents for the respective Partners and the Team.
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, process expenses and manage travel requests.
- Assist with the monthly invoicing process, including raising invoices when requested.
- Keep files and filing up to date.
- Provide secretarial support cover across various teams when necessary.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, acting as a professional point of contact and providing exceptional client service.
- Support the Team with BD related matters such as legal award submissions, maintaining of CV and credential databases, organise and coordinate client events and seminars.
- Support the client onboarding and matter opening process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Assist with billing administration, including WIP management, invoice production and follow up of outstanding accounts where required.
- Follow all Firm’s policies and procedures and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
What will help you succeed in this role?
- Previous experience in a legal secretarial role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with a willingness to learn.
- Strong client service skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using a case management system, with a readiness to undergo further training.
- Advanced document production and formatting skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with 3E would be advantageous.
- A motivated self-starter, able to work independently and effectively prioritise workload.
