Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Leasing Officer to manage leasing activities, tenant relations and property management. You will oversee viewings, negotiate terms, and coordinate renewals to maximize occupancy and rental income.

The ideal candidate has up to five years of relevant experience, Arabic preferred with English proficiency, a UAE driving license, and familiarity with Tawtheeq and municipality procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Tawtheeq tenancy contract processing and registration.
• Maximum 5 years of relevant experience in leasing or property management, preferably in Abu Dhabi UAE real estate.
• Good knowledge of Municipality procedures and requirements.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, tenancy agreements and market practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic proficiency preferred with good command of English.
• Candidates currently based in UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee leasing activities, including property viewings, negotiations and contract execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospective clients.
• Negotiate rental terms and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate lease renewals, tenant onboarding and documentation.
• Monitor market trends and rental rates to support leasing strategies.
• Prepare leasing reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth leasing and property management operations.
• Conduct site and property visits and inspect apartments/flats.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to address property issues.
