Job summary

fäm Properties Dubai is seeking a Leasing Progression Representative to support outdoor, customer-facing leasing activities for landlords and tenants. You will coordinate visits, collect documents and cheques, and ensure transactions progress smoothly.

The role requires strong organisation, reliability, and precise handling of sensitive paperwork, with excellent communication while working across locations and driving between sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate, leasing, customer service, delivery coordination, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and confident when dealing with landlords and tenants.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling documents and cheques.
• Reliable and comfortable working outdoors and travelling between different locations.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments and urgent requests effectively.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is a must.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant visits and document-signing appointments, including VIP visits.
• Coordinate and attend landlord visits and signing appointments as required.
• Collect signed documents and required physical paperwork from landlords.
• Receive, collect, and hand over cheques and other documents between branches and landlords.
• Conduct landlord cheque and document handovers when required.
• Support VIP and home-visit tenant services when assigned.
• Verify all received documents are complete and accurate before returning to the LPO.
• Coordinate visit schedules and appointments with LPOs.
• Maintain accurate records of all document and cheque collections and handovers.
• Immediately report any missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents to the relevant LPO.
• Support urgent physical document and cheque requests when required.
• Ensure all client-facing activities are handled professionally and in line with company procedures.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable professional, and comfortable dealing directly with clients while handling sensitive documents and cheques.
