• 5+ years of UAE residential leasing experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s residential rental market and RERA regulations.
• Proven track record in leasing and business development.
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
