Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and digital marketing
• Conduct property viewings and explain property features to prospective clients
• Negotiate prices and contract terms between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing and regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Prepare and process property documentation, agreements and contracts
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, banks and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings in the CRM system

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales or property leasing is an advantage
