Job summary

Sacoor Brothers in Dubai is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop and deliver impactful learning experiences across both digital and in-person platforms for Retail and Corporate teams. You will create onboarding, leadership, sales, customer experience and compliance programs, design engaging e-learning content, manage LMS platforms, and deliver training sessions.

Strong facilitation, storytelling, and project-management skills are essential, with fluency in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training or Talent Development.
• Strong experience creating e-learning and classroom training content.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
• Experience in Retail, Fashion, Hospitality or Luxury industries is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis and stakeholder input.
• Develop annual training calendars and learning roadmaps for Retail and Corporate teams.
• Create onboarding, leadership, sales, customer experience, and compliance programs.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning content and digital learning journeys.
• Create interactive training materials including videos, quizzes and guides.
• Manage and update LMS platforms and online training libraries.
• Deliver face-to-face training sessions, workshops and inductions.
• Facilitate training sessions for Retail teams, Store Managers and Corporate employees.
• Organize training logistics and communications; track attendance.
• Conduct role plays, coaching and practical learning activities.
• Monitor completion rates, engagement and training effectiveness; report KPIs.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports for management.
• Collaborate with HR, Retail Operations and Department Managers to align initiatives.
• Research new learning trends and tools; continuously improve content.
• Support regional training initiatives and talent development projects when required.

This role will be responsible for designing developing and delivering impactful learning experiences across both digital and in-person training platforms supporting the development of employees across Retail and Corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the companys Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis stakeholder meetings and operational requirements.
• Develop annual training calendars and learning roadmaps for Retail and Corporate teams.
• Create onboarding leadership sales customer experience operational and compliance training programs.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning content and digital learning journeys.
• Create interactive training materials including videos presentations quizzes assessments guides and microlearning modules.
• Manage and update LMS (Learning Management System) platforms and online training libraries.
• Ensure all training content reflects brand identity operational standards and business objectives.
• Deliver face-to-face training sessions workshops inductions and group learning activities.
• Facilitate training sessions for Retail teams Store Managers and Corporate employees.
• Organize training logistics including scheduling attendance tracking training rooms materials and communication.
• Conduct role plays coaching sessions and practical learning activities.
• Monitor training completion rates learner engagement and training effectiveness.
• Track training KPIs participation feedback scores and learning impact.
