Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to plan, supervise and execute workshop maintenance, fabrication and repair activities ensuring equipment availability and safe operations.

You will coordinate resources, review drawings, supervise tool store, and ensure adherence to HSE policies while delivering timely, quality work. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of supervisory workshop experience in oil and gas.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute workshop maintenance, fabrication and repair to ensure equipment availability.
• Coordinate resources and scheduling for safe, timely job completion.
• Inspect progress, ensure compliance with HSE and company standards.
• Review drawings and ensure accuracy for work orders.
• Supervise Tool Store operations to maintain stock.
• Prepare reports and MIS inputs for management.
