Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer - Workshop Maintenance to lead and support workshop activities. The role covers static equipment maintenance, fabrication, welding and machining with a focus on reliability and safe execution.

The candidate will develop preventive maintenance plans, identify repair strategies and coordinate with procurement for materials and services across plant facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in workshop maintenance and oil & gas environments.
Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding and machining in industrial maintenance.
Experience developing preventive maintenance plans and repair strategies.

Responsibilities

Provide technical troubleshooting for fabrication, welding and machining in plant maintenance.
Assess equipment condition and recommend repair, replacement or refurbishment strategies.
Develop preventive maintenance plans for workshop equipment.
Coordinate with procurement and Material Management for spare parts and services.
Support safety, standards and procedures during workshop activities.
