Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Wellsite Completion Supervisor to lead the execution of completion and stimulation activities at the wellsite. You will ensure well integrity, barrier testing, and adherence to approved programs while coordinating multiple service providers.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 6 years in completions, intervention, or stimulation, IWCF Level 4, and strong field leadership to drive safe, efficient operations and accurate reporting across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention certification is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in completions, well intervention, or stimulation operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hydraulic fracturing operations from perforation through stage pumping and completion.
• Ensure operations comply with approved programmes and barrier integrity.
• Coordinate multiple contractors and service providers to execute stage activities.
• Monitor wellhead, pressure, rates, and sand concentrations; adjust as needed.
• Lead post‑stage reviews, data reporting, and lessons learned.
• Maintain ongoing communication between field crews and engineering teams.
• Oversee flowback, testing, and final tree conversion activities.
