Job summary

Penspen is urgently hiring a Senior Completion Engineer to supervise and execute safe, efficient, and cost-effective well-completion operations at the site in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring well integrity, and maintaining compliance with HSE standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 15–18+ years in Oil & Gas Construction with at least 5 years in a lead role, and offshore experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 15–18+ years of Oil & Gas Construction experience.
• 5+ years in a lead role.
• Minimum 5 years offshore experience.
• Familiarity with international standards.
• PMC, EPC and Offshore experience preferred.
• ADNOC project experience would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead completion activities at the wellsite.
• Implement approved completion programs and procedures.
• Manage onsite crews, contractors, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain safe operations and verify well barriers.
• Resolve operational problems and minimize downtime.
• Report daily progress, performance, and completion results.
