Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Drilling Engineer to lead safe and efficient drilling programs across onshore and offshore operations. You will develop and optimize drilling techniques, analyze data, and guide casing design choices to ensure well integrity.

With a minimum of five years in drilling engineering and IWCF/IADC well-control certification, you will troubleshoot operational challenges, supervise directional drilling, and contribute to cementing operations and blowout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling engineering or related roles.
• IWCF or IADC Well Control certification is required; additional drilling certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and optimize drilling programs for safe, efficient operations.
• Develop and implement innovative drilling techniques and technologies.
• Analyze drilling data to identify improvements and optimizations.
• Lead troubleshooting to resolve operational challenges during drilling.
• Review casing design and material selection for projects.
