Job summary

ADNOC Abu Dhabi UAE is looking for a Drilling and Completion Fluids Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations of the fluids team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing fluid handling, mixing, and delivery to wellsites, while maintaining operational performance and ensuring safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles. This position offers a hands-on role in a leading energy organization.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in drilling and completion fluids operations within the oil and gas industry.
• At least 2 to 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing field teams.
• Strong knowledge of drilling fluids systems, wellsite operations, and oilfield equipment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily drilling and completion fluids operations including fluid handling, mixing, and wellsite delivery.
• Lead and coordinate field teams including technicians and operators to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of drilling and completion fluids services to wellsites.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with ADNOC health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare operational reports including performance data, safety records, and incident reports.
