Job summary

Penspen is urgently looking for a Senior Completion Engineer to supervise safe, efficient well-completion operations at the site in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring well integrity, and maintaining compliance with HSE standards.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 15-18+ years in Oil & Gas Construction, including at least 5 years in a lead role and 5+ years offshore experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 15–18+ years in Oil & Gas Construction with at least 5 years in a lead role.
• Minimum 5+ years offshore experience mandatory.
• Familiarity with international standards.
• PMC, EPC and offshore experience preferred.
• ADNOC project experience would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead completion activities at the wellsite.
• Implement approved completion programs and procedures.
• Manage onsite crews, contractors, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain safe operations and verify well barriers.
• Resolve operational problems and minimize downtime.
• Report daily progress, performance, and completion results.
