Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead to own the design for mobile banking apps, focusing on onboarding, payments, and loans. You will design across platforms, craft scalable design systems, and ship polished experiences anchored in user research.

Fluency in Arabic and strong English are required. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and QA in an Agile sprint cadence, ensuring accessibility and design token governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in UI/UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio of shipped mobile apps.
• Minimum 5 years designing mobile banking apps (onboarding, payments, or loans).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variants, component libraries, prototyping, design tokens).
• Sole UI Design Lead for a product stream with cross-functional collaboration.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are a must; fluency in English is required.
• Hands-on experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability tests, A/B tests).
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, iOS/Android guidelines, and WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; plan and deliver design work in sprints using Jira/Confluence.
• Understanding of front-end principles (HTML/CSS/JS) for design-to-dev handoff.
