Job summary

Globant is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to own the full design lifecycle in a complex banking environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft digital experiences for Arabic- and English-speaking customers.

The role involves designing end-to-end experiences across mobile and web, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, and conducting user research to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in product/UI/UX design.
• Experience with Figma, wireframing, prototyping and design systems.
• Experience designing Arabic-language interfaces and RTL layouts.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a complex banking environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating digital experiences tailored to both Arabic- and English-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Hands-on expertise in Figma, wireframing, prototyping and design systems.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, usability principles and accessibility.
• Experience designing Arabic-language interfaces and RTL layouts.
