• Must be a certified and licensed massage therapist with advanced training in modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of professional massage and body treatments tailored to guests' needs.
• Ensure a personalized, therapeutic, and discreet experience for each guest.
• Maintain expert knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and wellness practices.
• Supervise and support massage therapists, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to spa protocols.
• Conduct training sessions on techniques, guest service standards, and product knowledge.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of massage therapy staff.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for services.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies used in massage therapy.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Lead Massage Therapist - Spa Operations to join the resort's Spa Operations team.
