Qualifications

• Certified and licensed massage therapist with recognized training in various modalities.
• 1–3 years spa or wellness experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, and guest service orientation.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications related to massage therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy and other specialized treatments.
• Customize treatments based on guest needs, preferences and health conditions.
• Prepare treatment rooms with fresh linens, supplies and ambiance before each session.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas.
• Educate guests on post-treatment care and recommend wellness products.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with spa attendants, receptionists and other therapists for smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and service improvement initiatives.
