Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Lead Service Specialist-Customer Operation to drive customer success and growth across controls retrofit projects in the MEA/South Asia region. You will manage P&L, orders, fulfillment, and service agreements while coordinating with sales, field services, and operations to maximize value.

Target candidates have 8+ years in control systems, strong English, and willingness to travel 30-40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years experience with GE Vernova control product systems or similar control systems.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between stakeholders for the assigned subregion and support SCS clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as single point of contact.
• Own P&L for the subregion, oversee orders, fulfillment, revenue and cash flow.
• Develop site-level customer communication plans and coordinate change orders.
• Lead proposals for labor, schedule, subcontractor scope, tooling, and logistics; assess risks.
• Provide leadership for project delivery planning, risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Ensure contract leadership and compliance with terms and conditions.
• Drive strategic projects with other subregional service managers.
• Coach multi-disciplinary teams including GE Vernova personnel and contractors.
• Collaborate with senior customer and supplier management on commercial and technical matters.
• Provide SME guidance on controls retrofit projects and post-sales.
