Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks an AM & SSM Sales Manager for MENAT to lead growth in Asset Management and Substation Monitoring within the region. The role reports to the AM Global Sales Leader and collaborates with Grid Automation teams to drive pipeline and win digital opportunities.

Responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, engaging early in key deals, guiding proposal teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance while traveling up to 50% within the MENAT region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the MENAT region.
• Proven expertise in the electrical domain.
• Proven experience within the software businesses.
• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• This role requires up to 50% travel primarily within the region.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales target and business development growth for AM & SSM within the organization.
• Develop business opportunities and conduct significant campaigns to win digital opportunities focused on the AM & SSM business.
• Build a go to market strategy for an enterprise solution including other GEV products and solutions.
• Engage early on all grid key deals to promote proactively AM & SSM solutions.
• Negotiate and close very complex and high value deals in alignment with direct sales staff.
• Communicate educate and enable the Regional sales team on sales practices and process.
• Lead proposal team to develop innovative and creative solutions to benefit the business and the customers.
• Develop customer centric solutions to resolve customer challenges and build long term mutually beneficial relationships.
• Utilize current market data to prepare regional strategies and marketing campaign initiatives and promote brand awareness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities.
