Job summary

STRUCTURAL in Dubai is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex repair and restoration projects across the UAE. You will manage self-performed work, coordinate with contracts, and drive schedules, budgets, and client relationships to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Ideal candidates bring a Civil/Structural Engineering background, 12+ years in commercial construction or restoration, English proficiency, and leadership skills to mentor project teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience within commercial construction/restoration.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to speak and write in Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions with internal teams.
• Developing and managing project schedules with field leadership.
• Maintaining profit & loss responsibility and other financials.
• Providing leadership and supervision to PMs, Field Managers, and subcontractors.
• Collaborating with Estimators and Sales on bids and proposals.
• Evaluating risk and loss exposure on projects.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects.
