Job summary

Blue Mojo Solutions in Abu Dhabi is hiring a SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to lead on-site implementation projects. The role requires 5+ years of experience and at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with focus on Employee Central and core HR processes.

Responsibilities include hands-on configuration, end-to-end delivery, integrations via Integration Centre and APIs, and managing SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 1+ end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation.
• Expertise in Employee Central.
• Hands-on config and end-to-end implementation.
• Experience with RBP, workflows, HR master data.
• Recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation knowledge.
• Integration Centre, APIs and data migration experience.
• SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Configure and customize modules per business requirements.
• Manage integrations via Integration Centre and APIs.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live activities.
• Engage stakeholders and partner with implementation partners.
