Job summary

BrezQ is seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with UAE payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central background. You will lead end-to-end payroll solutions and ensure smooth integration with cloud HR systems.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP HCM Payroll, UAE localization, SAP SuccessFactors EC, and strong stakeholder collaboration across the Middle East.

You will work IST hours and partner with HR, IT, and compliance teams to meet local regulatory requirements.

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with a strong background in UAE Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience and be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of payroll solutions while ensuring seamless integration with cloud HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP HCM & UAE Payroll: Lead the implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP HCM Payroll specifically tailored for UAE statutory requirements (e.g., Gratuity, GOSI/Pension, and SI7 calculations).
• SuccessFactors Integration: Manage and optimize the Employee Central (EC) module, ensuring data consistency and smooth replication between EC and SAP Payroll (ECP).
• Technical Configuration: Configure schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and wage types to meet complex business requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the subject matter expert for payroll processing, troubleshooting, and legal compliance within the Middle East region.

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of core experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record with UAE Payroll localization and labor laws.
