Job summary

Solventrix Talent Hub in the UAE seeks a senior SAP HR professional to lead SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM across implementation, rollout and support. You will drive UAE payroll, WPS compliance and end-to-end S/4HANA projects in the GCC while mentoring teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of SAP HR experience, UAE labour law knowledge and relevant certifications, with willingness to work onsite in Dubai/Sharjah.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP HR experience across SuccessFactors & SAP HCM.
• Strong experience in OM, PA, Time Management & Payroll.
• At least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation in a lead role.
• UAE/GCC project experience with hands-on UAE/GCC payroll delivery.
• Senior SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM certification.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law & payroll configuration.
• Experience with UAE payroll, WPS, gratuity, EOS benefits & GPSSA.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai/Sharjah.
