Job summary

DBiz.ai is seeking an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design of enterprise-scale K-12 platforms built on Salesforce Education Cloud in the UAE. You will architect student lifecycle processes from admissions through graduation, integrating SIS, LMS, ERP/Finance, and identity services while ensuring security, data privacy, and scalable performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with focus on Salesforce architecture.
• Minimum 5 years in Education Cloud architecture.
• Experience leading multiple enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Ability to define enterprise solution architecture and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for enterprise K-12 Education Cloud implementations.
• Design scalable Salesforce Education Cloud solutions for K-12 students.
• Define end-to-end student lifecycle architecture from admissions to graduation.
• Build role-based experiences for students, parents, teachers, admins.
• Design security, sharing, and FERPA/GDPR/privacy controls.
• Lead integration with SIS, LMS, identity providers, ERP/finance, and more.
• Utilize Flow, Apex, OmniStudio, and Platform Events where applicable.
• Mentor teams and contribute to governance, estimations, and presales.
