Qualifications
- 10+ years of CRM experience in complex environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable implementation designs.
- Strong design skills with attention to user flows and UI impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Participate in business process redesign and roadmap planning.
- Understand current business processes in detail with customers.
- Engage with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Develop prototypes, proof of concepts, and mockups.
- Create and own user stories and acceptance criteria for sprints.
- Support UAT and Go-Live activities with test planning and execution.
