Job summary

Qualifications

• 20+ years of civil engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or resident engineer / construction management role.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects with substantial budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across all project phases: feasibility, design, construction, commissioning.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources; optimize cost-efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Conduct structural analysis and design reviews using industry-standard tools.
• Develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies for complex projects.
• Mentor a team of resident engineers and staff; foster professional development.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards across all activities.
• Analyze site conditions, geotechnical data, and environmental factors to inform decisions.
• Prepare technical reports and design documentation for senior management and clients.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and sustainable design practices in bridge infrastructure.
