The role requires extensive civil engineering experience, a licensed professional engineer, and a track record of managing complex projects with substantial budgets.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional civil engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years in senior/resident engineer or construction manager roles.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding AED 50 million.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across project phases from feasibility to commissioning.
• Lead a team of resident engineers and coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project activities.
