Skilled Careers is seeking a Senior Project Manager for hospitality/hotel developments in Dubai, UAE. You will lead major projects from design through handover, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and hotel operators to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction and project management, with a background in PMC or client‑side roles, strong leadership, client‑facing skills and deep knowledge of contracts, procurement, programme and risk

Qualifications

• Degree required in CM/CE/Architecture/PM.
• 10+ years in construction/project management.
• Experience delivering luxury hospitality projects.
• PMC or client-side experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality/hotel projects from design through handover.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, designers, cost consultants and contractors.
• Work with hotel operators and brands to incorporate requirements.
• Manage programmes, budgets, risks and delivery strategy.
• Oversee procurement, tendering and contractor appointments.
