Job summary

Marriott International in Dubai seeks a Project Design Manager Premium & Select MEA to lead design management on feasibility and ongoing hotel projects, ensuring quality control, brand compliance, and operational acceptability. The role reports to the Sr Director Premium & Select MEA and requires 40% travel.

You will lead design consultants, review BOH plans, coordinate with Development, Brand, Feasibility and Operations, and ensure timely delivery from concept through hotel opening.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in architecture and project management for large commercial and/or hospitality projects.
• Knowledge of hospitality developments including BOH planning.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding hotel layouts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design management activities across multiple hotel projects.
• Manage design consultants, their proposals and project objectives.
• Provide design reviews and quality assurance through to hotel opening.
