Job summary

BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly organized Snr. Projects Coordinator to oversee operational projects and drive cross-functional collaboration across regions. The role emphasizes process optimization, reporting, and stakeholder management to align with business objectives.

You will coordinate between departments, track timelines and budgets, and develop dashboards to illuminate performance. A 4+ year background in operations or project management and strong communication are required, with PMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and project lifecycle management.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience using PM tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Regional/multi-country operations experience is a plus.
• Arabic Speaker.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize operational projects delivery from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
• Track and report project timelines, deliverables, risks, and KPIs.
• Develop and improve operational processes, policies, and workflows.
• Ensure operational efficiency and continuous process optimization.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.
• Collaborate with management on strategic operational planning and execution.
• Support resource planning and task allocation across teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Ensure alignment between execution and business objectives.
• Handle stakeholder communication and coordination with internal and external parties.
• Support crisis management and escalations as needed.
