Job summary

JobLeader in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our fast-growing team. You will lead planning and implementation of projects, develop detailed plans, and monitor progress in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has proven PM experience, excellent client-facing communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus, with a BSc/BA in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Project Manager.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
