Job summary

BlackStone eIT in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation through completion on a full-time on-site basis.

You will plan, coordinate, and manage resources, schedules, budgets, and risks to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
