Job summary

Want More in Dubai is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute and finalize projects on time and within budget. The role defines objectives and oversees quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

You will develop full-scale project plans, assemble and coordinate staff, monitor progress, set deadlines and report to stakeholders. Strong English communication and IT project experience are preferred. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years' experience in a Project Management role; experience with international projects is highly desirable.
• Proven working experience in project management (preferably in an IT environment).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Excel - pivot tables & MS Project).
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing full-scale project plans, including goals, risks, budget and resources needed.
• Assembling and coordinating project staff.
• Managing project progress and adapt plans as required.
• Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress of the project.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Reporting regularly on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
