Job summary

Basatin Landscaping SPLLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to lead development and control of project schedules across construction and assets. You will integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning into a unified master schedule, driving timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, plus PMI-SP/PSP/PMP or equivalent, with 8–10 years in planning leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMI-SP, PSP, or PMP certification desirable
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules aligned with scope, budget, and objectives
• Prepare baseline programs, resource plans, and cash flow projections
• Conduct critical path, scenario, and what-if analyses to mitigate risks
• Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning into a unified master schedule
• Generate progress reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership and clients
• Mentor junior planning staff and drive continuous improvement of planning processes
