Job summary

Basatin Landscaping SPLLC is seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling Manager to develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale landscaping initiatives in the UAE. You will create WBS, define milestones, and coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate sequencing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 10–12 years of progressive planning and project control experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial planning role.
• Proven track record in developing and managing complex project schedules for large-scale landscape or urban development projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated master plans for multi-site landscaping projects.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and material resources based on timelines.
• Track actual vs. planned progress and implement recovery strategies.
• Coordinate with QS, procurement, and construction teams for schedule alignment.
• Lead planning discussions in client meetings and project reviews.
• Mentor junior planners and scheduling engineers across the organization.
