Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Project Scheduler with 3–5 years of UAE experience in planning and scheduling for landscaping and civil works. You will develop, maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, prepare baseline schedules and look-ahead plans, and monitor progress against milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in project planning, scheduling or controls.
Experience in landscaping is mandatory.
Solid understanding of construction planning methods, resource allocation and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead programmes, recovery plans and revised schedules.
Monitor progress, milestones, delays and contractual compliance.
Update schedules based on site progress, variations and changes.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and updates.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement and other stakeholders.
Track landscaping, irrigation, swimming pool, water feature and civil works progress.
Assist in delay analysis, EOT submissions and project recovery planning.
Maintain planning documentation, schedules and records.
Identify schedule risks and recommend corrective actions.
