Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior planning engineer with extensive experience in complex engineering/construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules to align with objectives and contracts.
• Establish and monitor baseline schedules, track progress, and identify deviations.
• Perform critical path and risk analysis to highlight schedule risks and opportunities.
• Prepare progress reports (S-curves, EV analysis, variance, look‑ahead).
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather data.
• Assess changes and run 'what-if' analyses to evaluate impacts on schedules.
• Contribute to recovery plans and acceleration strategies when behind schedule.
• Ensure compliance with company control procedures and standards.
• Mentor junior planning engineers and project control staff.
• Review contractor schedules and progress reports for alignment.
