Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to lead and inspire the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will manage shifts, allocate rooms, and maintain stock while upholding safety, hygiene, and company procedures.

You will interact with guests, resolve escalations, coach staff, and report on daily operations. A strong focus on attention to detail and teamwork is required in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example to develop guest relationships and encourage reviews.
• Handles first-line escalations and makes decisions within role scope.
• Ensures guest safety and manages emergencies per policy.
• Ensures compliance with housekeeping policies and standards.
• Maintains room cleanliness, hygiene and PPE practices.
• Completes daily inspections of rooms, areas and laundry.
• Reports lost and found items promptly.
• Manages safety hazards and violations.
• Prepares and files reports.
• Addresses maintenance issues and follows up.
• Reviews stock levels and manages inventory.
• Prepares room allocations and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinates cleaning programs with HKM and Team.
• Raises inconsistencies to HKM for training review.
• Conducts shift briefings and handovers.
• Monitors KPIs and training delivery for individuals and team.
• Delivers daily coaching and 1:1 development discussions.
• Supports HK Manager with performance feedback and succession planning.
• Ensures safety and emergency readiness for the team.
